Memory Quilt from Baby Clothes Part 3

This weekend was also working on my memory quilt from baby clothes.

Memory Quilt from Baby Clothes

Opened a new box whit my precious baby clothes, here you can see a part of it after stabilised them with clothing interfacing.

Memory Quilt from Baby Clothes

After cutting I had about 100 new squares (no crazy ones this time), and a total of 144 squares. Still need to sew a few crazy ones...

  5. Found you on Whims Wednesday....what a project you have going! I wish I had done this with my babys clothes! I have in a way done a bit, I quilt too so I took a few things I had kept from my grand daughters and incoorporated the clothes into a quilt. I also used their t-shirts to make a t-shirt quilt for them.

  9. If you’re starting from scratch and haven’t done any organizing yet, then gather all the clothes in one room and start laying them out in piles. Cute Baby and toddler clothing

  10. I understand destroying one's feet for vanity or social status sake but what I do not understand is wearing high heels poorly. By that, I meant that only a small minority of women know how to walk gracefully in heels. women's cloth

  15. I think artists can influence only through making music that challenges people, excites them and flips them out. Music that repeats what you know in ever-decreasing derivation, that's unchallenging and unstimulating, deadens our minds, our imagination and our ability to see beyond the hell we find ourselves in.
